Yoga Retreat
Rejuvenate and Reconnect with Yourself
4 - day residential retreat aims to take participants on an inward journey, helping them reconnect with themselves.
Conducted in a serene atmosphere, in the midst of nature, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is a great opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. The retreat schedule is carefully crafted to allow participants ample time for self-exploration.
Pranayama is a part of the retreat and specific techniques will be taught.
The retreat is in conjunction with a Tabla retreat that features performances by maestros of Indian classical music. Participants may take advantage of this and enjoy the concerts during the retreat.
Yoga Retreat would be conducted from 16 to 20 Dec.

Yoga Retreat Highlights

Open to All Levels
While experienced practitioners can go deeper in their practice in this immersive retreat, it would be a great opportunity for beginners to get started on the path of Yoga.
Customization for Health Issues
Sessions can be customized for those with health issues, provided prior notice is given to us.
Traditional Approach
Focus will be on traditional way of practicing Hatha Yoga, which includes chanting, postures, breathing practices and philosophy.
Intensive Practice
3 hours daily across 3 sessions.
2 of these sessions will be conducted during noon and dusk, which are high energy periods during the day.
About Teacher
Sonali Dash
Sonali Dash is a Hatha Yoga teacher based out of Bangalore. She has earned post graduate degree in Yoga Education from the esteemed Kaivalyadhama Institute, Lonavala. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher by QCI, Government of India. She has successfully conducted Yoga Workshops across many cities in India and abroad. She also gives regular Yoga lessons in person and online. Being an engineering graduate and MBA, Sonali had a successful career in Management Consulting and worked for many reputed MNC’s before choosing Yoga as a full-time career.
